Ewan MacPherson

Ewan was one of the first ever graduate students from Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

His recording credits include; the latest releases from Fribo and Malinky, the Jews Harp opener on Croft no 5's 'Talk of the Future' album, the new solo album by Alasdair White of Battlefield Band and The Complete Songs of Robert Burns. He also appears on the cutting-edge cult album by contemporary Scottish trio The Unit, with Paul Jennings & Amy Geddes.

Ewan has performed on-stage with a wide range of artists including: Seamus Egan (Solas), BBC Radio 2 Folk Award-winner John Spiers (Bellowhead), The Battlefield Band, Dàimh, Emily Smith, Bùrach, Cantrip, Lori Watson, Fine Friday and All-Ireland champion Claire Mann
